Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Armour Alloys. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day activity of key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and service expected by our top accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Enter sales orders and update customer pricing as per agreements
- Manage inventory level for contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the specialty metals sector.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and service updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the metals or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving business development initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
