Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in account management practices.
Requirements Proven experience in account management or business development roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
