We’re Hiring: Junior Estimator

We’re looking for a Junior Estimator to support our landscaping and excavation estimating team. You’ll assist with preparing cost estimates, gathering pricing, and maintaining records—while learning from experienced professionals and building a solid career foundation.
What You’ll Do:
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Perform takeoffs and calculate material/labor needs
- Collect pricing from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist in drafting estimates, proposals, and bid submissions
- Maintain estimate documentation and pricing databases
- Support site research and project requirement assessments
- Communicate with teams to align estimates with goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years’ experience in construction, landscaping, or related field (asset)
- Diploma/degree in construction management, engineering, or similar (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team
