Job Summary:
Triple AAA Renovations is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in full-scope renovations, including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinet installs, and finishing work. Responsibilities:
- Complete renovation tasks such as framing, drywalling, flooring, trim, and finishing work
- Install cabinets, doors, and baseboards with precision and care
- Read and interpret renovation plans, measurements, and layout drawings
- Operate hand and power tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety procedures
- Work independently or with a small team to complete projects on time
- Communicate clearly with clients and team leads to ensure expectations are met
Experience & Qualifications:
- Journeyman Carpenter certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong renovation background (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)
- Proficiency with tools, materials, and renovation techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges and offer practical solutions
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant residential or commercial spaces
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
