About the Role
Based at our Sydney Support Office and reporting to the IT & New Store Support Manager, this hands-on role will be the first point of contact for all things IT support. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless tech experience for our team and assisting with exciting IT projects and rollouts across the business.
Day to Day You Will Be
◦ Providing Level 1 & 2 hardware and software support (Windows & MacOS)
◦ Delivering fast, friendly helpdesk service with a solutions-first mindset
◦ Setting up and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
◦ Managing mobile phone repairs, replacements, and configurations
◦ Troubleshooting IT issues across office and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams)
◦ Keeping our IT asset register and documentation up to date
◦ Collaborating with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
◦ Supporting and helping deliver IT upgrades, rollouts, and projects
What You’ll Bring
✔ 4+ years of hands-on helpdesk/desktop support experience
✔ Solid Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory knowledge
✔ Familiarity with networking basics (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
✔ Exposure to cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, AWS – a plus!)
✔ Relevant certifications (ITIL, MCP, MCSA, JIRA experience welcomed)
✔ A proactive attitude that aligns with our “Make It Happen” culture
✔ Bonus points for experience in retail or fast-paced customer support settings
