IT Security Manager
The IT Security Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and strategic advancement of Price’s security landscape. This role leads efforts across network, systems, and data security—prioritizing zero trust architecture, threat monitoring and hunting, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and the protection of backup and recovery operations.
Working cross-functionally, the IT Security Manager collaborates closely with IT leaders, staff, and business stakeholders to foster a culture of security awareness and business enablement. This individual champions a security-first mindset that enables innovation while mitigating technological risk.
The IT Security Manager plays a pivotal role in balancing robust security measures with business innovation, ensuring that the organization's critical assets are protected while enabling growth and progress. This position at Price requires leadership, strategic insight, and technical expertise, making it a cornerstone of the IT department.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise IT security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT leaders, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Manage, develop, and coach direct reports and team members to ensure effective performance.
• Create and maintain an IT security roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Track and report on project portfolio progress to various stakeholder groups.
• Commission projects and initiatives to advance the IT security agenda.
• Develop and manage budgets related to IT security expenses.
• Participate in enterprise architecture discussions and broader IT roadmap and strategic planning functions.
• Oversee operational monitoring for potential cyber incidents and lead incident response as necessary.
• Manage an upgrade program to remediate end-of-life and end-of-service IT infrastructure components.
• Ensure business continuity of the company’s IT infrastructure meets defined RTO/RPO goals.
• Lead organizational training and awareness initiatives on potential cyber vulnerabilities.
• Ensure appropriate privacy and data protection solutions are implemented and effective.
• Conduct proactive vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards required for cyber insurance, C-TPAT certification, and other applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years in progressively senior IT roles, including experience leading security teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST, and CIS is an asset.
• Strong technical knowledge in network security, software vulnerabilities, and system architecture.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Passion for learning and staying current on emerging security trends.
