We’re a dynamic employment agency seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join us on a part-time contract basis over the next few months as we modernize and automate our internal operations.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our team to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation across our recruitment workflows.
- Optimize and integrate tools within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) to enhance productivity.
- Leverage your experience with Bullhorn ATS to improve data management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
- Help us implement best practices and scalable systems tailored to a boutique agency environment.
- Provide virtual support and training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Bullhorn ATS and its customization capabilities.
- A track record of helping small or boutique companies modernize and automate operations.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
