Why You’ll Love This Role:
As our IT Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our IT systems to ensure smooth business operations. From troubleshooting technical issues to managing software and hardware, you will be the go-to person for all things IT, helping our team stay connected and efficient.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
- Maintain and update internal operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Monitor data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the company.
- Assist with IT-related projects, including system migrations and technology upgrades.
- Train staff on basic technology usage and troubleshooting.
