Silver Cove's Online Division has an opening on their invoicing team for a motivated, customer service oriented individual. If you love details and are passionate about the crystal kingdom, this might be a great fit!
Duties include:
~retrieving and sorting the product after it has sold,
~the use of Excel, Shopify, Facebook and Instagram, and Canva,
~invoicing and building invoice listings,
~and assisting customers in a digital and telephone forum when required.
Successful applicant will be organized, familiar with the programs mentioned above, have great written customer service and problem solving skills, and be very detail oriented.
Products sold are physically inspected by the team member as they are invoiced to ensure quality standards before being brought to the shipping department to be sent to customers.
This is a part time position based on the needs of this division. Full time hours may be available at certain times of the year and will be offered to existing employees before bringing in additional help.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
