Purpose/objective of the internship:
This is an exciting 8 – month opportunity, starting in September 2025, to learn from a very experienced Total Rewards Team. Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience that will provide the tools needed to accelerate into an exciting career in Total Rewards.
As a Total Rewards Intern, reporting to the Global Total Rewards Leader, you will provide contributions to multiple areas of HR including Benefits, Pension and Payroll. Specifically, you will:
- Support administration of global compensation, benefits an payroll programs
- Process monthly reconciliation of various reports across locations
- Assist in the data management and data maintenance of global Total Rewards plans
- Produce, audit and provide reporting for all areas of Total Rewards
- Support the implementation of various initiatives and Total Rewards programs
- Support Total Rewards Team Members as required
- Participate in Total Rewards related project initiatives as required
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.
- Motivated, a self-starter who is proactive and recognizes opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Analytical skills including the ability to interpret and dissect reports
