Being part of the Business Development team means you are responsible for:
Respond to all incoming sales e-leads for two brands
Provide e-lead guests with information and price quotations pertaining to various vehicles and packages offered at Erin Park within a given time frame.
Booking appointments for sales guests
Lease Renewal: contact lease guests months in advance before leases are due.
Understand guest’s needs and wants to provide best options to support them in their lease end decision.
Support sales department with sales event planning, promotion, and organization by booking appointments, creating RSVP lists, sending invitations and related emails
Qualifications:
Minimum one year in an automotive dealership environment and/or as a customer service representative
Exceptional customer service and professional writing skills
Comfortable with continuous communication via over the phone and online chat tools
Ability to manage time and work under pressure
Ability to work in a team
OMVIC license (in progress)
