About the Role
We are hiring an Intermediate QA Analyst. This role will bring consistency and scale to how we test, validate, and release features-helping our cross-functional team ship with speed and confidence. You'll help us embed quality earlier in the development cycle, reduce rework, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale automated testing systems that help us move quickly without sacrificing reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define what "done" really means-before the work starts.
- Improve internal testing workflows, from developer self-checks to structured product manager validation.
- Lead Take over and elevate our current rotating QA role to provide deeper, more consistent end-to-end testing.
- Help shape best practices for QA and quality engineering in a growing product organization.
- Work on meaningful digital tools that help professionals make better decisions, safely and efficiently.
- Design, build, and maintain automated tests for UI and API components using Playwright or similar tools
- Partner with product managers to refine user stories and define strong, testable acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing during development sprints to uncover usability and functional issues.
- Lead and refine our internal testing process, ensuring clarity and accountability at every step.
- Track and document issues, providing clear feedback and context to developers and product teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with the team to improve test coverage, reduce bugs, and ship higher quality software.
- Provide guidance on QA best practices and contribute to a culture of quality and shared ownership.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and help ensure our tools work seamlessly in production environments
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 7 years in QA or test automation, ideally within agile, product focused teams.
- Automation skills: Proficient with tools like Playwright and languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- API testing: Solid experience testing RESTful APIs and validating system behavior through backend tests.
- Manual testing: Comfortable combining manual, exploratory testing with automation where needed.
- Process thinking: Experience shaping or improving QA workflows, including how teams write and validate user stories.
- Communication: Able to clearly articulate issues, advocate for quality, and collaborate across disciplines.
- Initiative: Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and brings a continuous improvement mindset
