Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Interlock Installer to join our crew. You will be responsible for installing pavers, patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and other landscape construction features.
Responsibilities
- Install interlocking pavers and retaining walls according to design plans
- Prepare job sites: excavation, base installation, leveling, and compacting
- Operate machinery such as skid steers, compactors, and saws
- Work with a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Perform basic site layout using laser levels and string lines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interlock or hardscape installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Skilled in the use of tools and equipment related to landscape construction
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
