Company Description
Assent is the leading solution for supply chain sustainability tailored for the world’s top-tier, sustainability-driven manufacturers. Hidden risks riddle supply chains, many of which weren't built with sustainability in mind. That's where we step in. With insights from experts, Assent is the tool manufacturers trust for comprehensive sustainability.
We are proud to announce that Assent has crossed the US$100M ARR milestone, granting us Centaur Status. This accomplishment, reached just 8 years following our Series A, makes us the first and only Certified B Corporation in North America's SaaS sustainability industry to celebrate this milestone.
Our journey from $5 million to US$100M ARR in just eight years has been marked by significant growth and achievements. With our $350 million US funding led by Vista Equity Partners, we're poised for even greater expansion and are on the lookout for outstanding team members to join our mission.
Hybrid Work Model
At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. We also acknowledge the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, Pune and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office at least one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.
Job Description
We’re looking for a self-starting, results-driven Integrated Media Specialist to supercharge our full-funnel marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with our digital marketing team and agencies to manage and optimize Assent’s paid and organic media channels - ranging from content syndication and third-parties to paid search, social media, and remarketing, so we can drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about digital marketing performance, and isn’t afraid to experiment with new formats, creatives, channels, and technologies. If you’re someone who is eager to test and iterate quickly, leverage AI tools to work smarter, and push the boundaries of what integrated media can achieve, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Demand Generation, Content, Web, and Product Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Execute and optimize cross-channel paid media campaigns across digital media platforms like Google/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other programmatic/display networks.
Manage content syndication and third-party media partners to support demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
Own our organic social media presence - primarily LinkedIn - with a focus on publishing engaging content, growing followers, and reinforcing campaign messaging.
Build and manage full-funnel conversion strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and persona-based targeting to move buyers from awareness to decision buying stages.
Develop and test ad copy, creative assets, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve click-through rates, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates.
Use AI-powered tools to scale digital media campaigns with copy generation, A/B testing, and audience personalizations.
Monitor campaign performance by using platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
Measure campaign ROI and contribute to ongoing improvements in lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with integrated marketing (and agency), content, web, and marketing operations to align on paid and organic campaigns, messaging, targeting, and performance tracking.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and suggest new channels and tactics proactively.
Qualifications
We strongly value your talent, energy and passion. It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications:
2 - 4 years experience in managing B2B paid media, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech environments, with strong analytical capabilities.
Experience planning, executing, and optimizing organic social content (especially on LinkedIn), with an understanding of what drives social engagement and reach.
Hands-on knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and 6sense.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to tailor messaging by funnel stage.
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to streamline tasks, generate copy, or run experiments.
A test-and-learn mindset, always exploring creative angles, copy variations, audience segmentations, and formats to improve performance.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally with agility.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau to track impact and communicate campaign results.
