Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, network, and secure new clients to build your personal portfolio
- Conduct outside sales activities and community outreach to attract clients and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and generate referrals
- Create and manage your own pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Utilize market knowledge to identify growth opportunities across Commercial and Personal Lines
- Communicate policy options and coverage details clearly to clients
- Use telemarketing and digital outreach to expand your reach
- Negotiate terms and premiums to suit client needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- A results-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are an asset
