Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instrumentation and control systems within an industrial environment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, logic controllers, and schematics to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment.
Duties
- Detect and troubleshoot issues in instrumentation and control systems.
- Maintain and repair low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate and install components for various industrial applications.
- Work with logic controllers to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to support CNC machinery operations.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and their applications.
- Experience working with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and the ability to fabricate necessary components.

Pay: $47.00-$49.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
