Our Instructors are the role models for the students studying on our AI programs. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.
What you will do
Instructors are a core part of students’ educational process because they:
- Conduct online training sessions using prepared scripts developed by instructional designers;
- Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — they deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of certain concepts, tools or skills, supporting and navigating students in their assignments;
- Communicate with students via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
- Host webinars and other educational events for groups of students (about the content covered in our program), or participate in other non-educational meetings with students;
- Independently prepare session materials when necessary..
Requirements
1. Professional Background:
- 3+ years of proven professional experience in one or more digital-focused roles (as a main profession): EdTech Specialist or University Teacher
- Experience in children's education
- The candidate has already worked for an audience of teachers or lecturers
2. Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):
- Understanding of motivational design principles in education.
- Online facilitation skills.
3. Language Requirements: Fluent conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish.
4. Technology Skills: Comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline routine and creative teaching tasks.
5. Training Experience: Demonstrable experience conducting training focused on practical skills in the field of educational settings.
6. Readiness to dedicate 10-15 hours a week to this project on a flexible schedule, sometimes on weekends by LatAm or Europe time zone. This is a project-based employment with long-term cooperation.
