At ROBINSON, our Inside Sales team plays a key role in helping customers get the products they need—fast. Whether answering a quick product question or preparing a same-day quote, you’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional service and supports customers in growing their business.
We have an opening for a hybrid position of an Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative.
What you will do:
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
• Support tradespeople in quoting, ordering, and completing jobs successfully
• Deliver timely responses to inquiries, quotations, and product orders
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Continuously learn about our product lines and improve your technical and sales skills
• Assisting with select returns and warranties
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
About you:
• You're a strong communicator who puts customers first
• You bring experience in inside sales or have worked in the trades and understand the customer’s world
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• You thrive in a team environment and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently
