What you'll do
- Showroom tours and product training when needed
- Foster, maintain and grow relationships with dealers, customers and partners
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from dealers and sales representatives.
- Proactively follow up on quotes, product availability, and account details.
- Assist customers find the right appliance solutions for their needs - from specs to stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and accounts.
- Work closely with the Outside Sales team to support regional growth .
- Keep our dealer network databases up to date with display, store location , brand info etc.
- Stay sharp on product lines, pricing, and discretionary account terms
- Online order sales fulfilment and processing using Wix.
- Process and Submit Order Acknowledgements, Sales Order Fulfillments with warehouse, and shipping tracking when needed.
- Able to prioritize workload and manage time effectively in a variable paced environment.
- Work simultaneously with Inside Sales, office and warehouse team on processes, sales/service, and logistic initiatives.
What you bring
- 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service - bonus if its in Distribution or Wholesale industries.
- Experience in the appliance or home goods industry is a major plus.
- Strong Phone skills- you're clear, confident, and don't shy away from tough questions.
- You are organized, reliable, and can juggle multiple accounts.
- Comfortable with Order entry systems and basic product knowledge.
- You follow up, follow through, and don't need reminders to do either.
- Possess and project a team-player attitude and enjoy working with others.
What we need
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30-4:30, with weekend availability if/when needed.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel ( a must), Outlook, PDFs, Internet and Web based tech/ CAD drawing software ( we will train), ECI Phone Systems, Google Drive/ Dropbox
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop
