Catalyste+ invites expressions of interest from First Nations, Inuit, and Métis individuals to serve on its Indigenous Advisory Committee (IAC). This committee will provide culturally grounded advice and guidance on the implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), titled Miyo-wîcîwitowin – Walking Together in a Good Way.
We are seeking 5–7 individuals who bring diverse lived experiences, regional and cultural perspectives, and a strong commitment to advancing reconciliation in Canada.
About the Committee
The Indigenous Advisory Committee will:
● Provide insight and feedback on the implementation of the RAP;
● Strengthen the cultural integrity and relevance of Catalyste+’s reconciliation actions;
● Offer advice on engagement, evaluation, and learning approaches;
● Review and provide feedback on selected plans, documents, and materials;
● Support a spirit of shared leadership and relational accountability.
Meetings will take place 3-4 times per year, virtually or in person when possible. Other forms of participation, such as email-based feedback on specific items or short consultations depending on the topic, may also be required. An honorarium will be provided, along with reimbursement for approved expenses.
Who Should Apply?
We encourage expressions of interest from First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people from across Canada who:

● Bring lived or professional knowledge of Indigenous worldviews, governance, or economic development;
