We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to implement our clients with Payroll, HR, and Scheduling software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent payroll knowledge and experience, superior communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of Payroll, Bookkeeping, Employee Management, and scheduling systems is a non-negotiable requirement.

This is a regular 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday position, located at our office. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position is to implement the ComVida Employee Management Software and Financial Management Software systems and provide training for our clients. The key duties include:

1. Provide post-sale contact with new clients via phone, email, and/or Zoom to plan a kick-off meeting with stakeholders and initiating the implementation process.

2. Collaborate with the Sales team to transfer knowledge about the new client, including the reasons for the sale and the specific features that the client wishes to implement.

3. Conduct a project planning session with the client to establish milestone dates for the project.

4. Update the Asana project management tool with key dates and elements of the project for the various modules.

5. Hold analysis sessions to clearly define project requirements and demonstrate how to complete the analysis workbooks for the modules.

6. Take responsibility for the configuration of HR, Payroll, and Scheduling modules, as well as GL extract configuration, Health Reporting extracts, and custom report requirements.

7. Conduct software training sessions for clients as needed via webinars for all modules.

8. Assist the client with the import of year-to-date values.

9. Support parallel and live processing of each module and provide additional training as required.

10. Document custom setups in all modules and create tip sheets for each module, in addition to the standard online user guides.

11. As an Implementer, be a member of a team and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and improve customer satisfaction.

Experience and Abilities

1. Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR practices, and staff scheduling requirements.

2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and comprehend both written and verbal communications.

5. Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. (MS Excel, MS Word)

6. Accounting knowledge (General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) would be an asset.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

9. An enthusiastic, energetic, critical thinker and self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Educational Qualifications but not required:

NPI designation, CHRP, Asana, Project Management and/or Scheduling certificates would be a great asset.
