The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, aggressive Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals and exceeding targets. This position involves both inbound and outbound sales, handling qualified leads, and conducting in-person consultations at our Boca Raton office. You’ll be the face of our immigration services, guiding clients through their business immigration journey to the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warm leads and conduct outbound follow-ups by phone, email, and in-person.
- Present and sell our business immigration packages to investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) records and ensure accurate sales documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with legal, operations, and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket services (legal, consulting, finance, or immigration).
- Strong closing skills over the phone and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Comfortable conducting consultative sales conversations and tailoring pitches to client needs.
- Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Availability to work full-time on-site at our Boca Raton, FL office.
