Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives while supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, focusing on workforce management and strategic planning.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other employment laws.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Manage benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to design organizational structures that meet business needs.
- Utilize data collection and analysis for informed decision-making in HR practices.
- Maintain accurate records through effective data entry in ATS systems.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in project management with a track record of successful change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and performance evaluation processes.
- Administrative experience within HR functions is essential.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
