Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at ICS International Conference Services. This role is pivotal in managing our HR functions, supporting our international staff, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission of delivering outstanding event services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operating regions.
- Administer payroll processes using systems such as UltiPro and Ceridian.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve workforce planning strategies.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR software including UltiPro, Ceridian, and Workday.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and accounting software is preferred.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is an asset.
