We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests or concerns in a courteous manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff members.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards in line with hotel or facility policies.
