We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing various cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate politely with clients.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to client requests and feedback.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere in the homes you service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic English is OK
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- A positive attitude
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items as needed.

Working hours
- Between 10am and 3pm
