We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team.
The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all hotel facilities, maintaining a safe environment, and promptly addressing any maintenance issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, have excellent problem-solving abilities, an eye for details and a can-do attitude
Some experience in plumbing and electrical is an asset
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with external vendors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Past Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in welding, electrical work, and reading schematics
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
