Location: Eastern Townships, Quebec
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our lifestyle branded hotel in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec. The successful candidate will be a proven hospitality leader with a strong background in branded hotel management (Hilton, Marriott, or equivalent), capable of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across all departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee daily hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Administration.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive revenue growth through effective revenue management, sales initiatives, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and motivate department managers and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, associates, the community, and corporate/ownership stakeholders.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in branded hotels (Hilton, Marriott, or equivalent required).
- Proven track record of delivering strong financial results and guest satisfaction scores.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Revenue Management.
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Quebec market and hospitality landscape is an asset.
