What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing reservations and walk-ins (experience with OpenTable or Resy is a must)
- Answering calls and confirming bookings
- Keeping the front-of-house organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Creating a welcoming and memorable first experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For:
- 2yrs of hosting experience
- Reliable, friendly, and team-player
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
