A breakfast restaurant is looking for

the hospitality business. Serving people in a warm, friendly atmosphere is
what we do! The hours are awesome, no late nights and plenty of free time
once your work day is over! Our clients are hungry when they visit and we
need to get them fed, so we are looking for team members that have the
ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Hours of Operation: We are looking for host/hostess on Thurs to Sun plus long weekend Mondays from 10am to 3pm

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using the POS system.
- Communicate wait times clearly to guests and provide updates as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for guest interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
