Hostess
Café Landwer is looking for a Hostess who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and has a passion for creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome each guest with friendly, personalized attention, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Effectively manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of guests.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, maintaining a positive and energetic environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the waiting area and hostess stand, to ensure a smooth operation.
- Handle guest inquiries and phone calls efficiently, using the café’s guest management and POS systems when necessary.
