OVERVIEW
You will be cleaning homes following clients' needs for cleaning bathrooms, dusting, kitchens, and floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing garbage. The job requires a vehicle to go from one home to the next bringing needed equipment and supplies.
The Cleaner identifies any additional areas where additional deep cleaning or repairs is needed (e.g. oven cleaning, deep cleaning projects, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
· Empty garbage and replace liners
· Clean bathrooms
· Clean kitchens including oven and refrigerator, wash dishes, wipe down counters
· Dusting
· Clean windows and glass
· Laundry
· Clean up after pets
· Clean window blinds
· Operate vacuum cleaners
· Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners
·· Report any damage or repairs as needed
RELATIONSHIPS
· Internal Contacts – contact with Owner for schedule information and job tasks
· External Contacts – frequent contact with clients
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Some cleaning experience desired along with working with customers
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must have and be able to drive own vehicle to get to jobs·
Must possess verbal communication skills (basic English and a willingness to learn)
·Must have the ability to problem solve
Must be able to manage time to get work done within a set time
·Able to work as a team member.

Fast-paced environment
Comfortable working around pets, particularly cats and dogs
