We are looking for a care aide as a companion to a senior female with ALS. Duties involve help with feeding, ADL's, companionship and general housekeeping. The client lives with her daughter in East Vancouver, and is looking for 6 to 7 hours a day from Mondays to Fridays.
The successful candidate must be able to read and write Chinese. Also, experience with ALS would be a big bonus.

myCareBase is an online platform that connects families who are caring for an aging loved one, with caregivers looking for work. We help families and paid caregivers facilitate the recruitment, vetting and placement process.
We want to help you find more clients! You set your own hourly rates, and have control of when and where you want to work. There is no cost to be included on our platform.
Accepted candidates will go through an assessment and vetting process to ensure a consistent level of quality on our platform. This process will include a job reference check (so please be prepared to provide 2 job references) and a criminal background check.
