Kismet Design is a Mid-Century Modern furniture company based in Vancouver BC, they are looking for an up-and-coming videographer (also video editor if well suited) to help capture and create content in their workshop space. You’ll be filming the process, products, and team, and helping turn that footage into engaging videos for marketing and social media.
What You’ll Do
- Film in the shop space, capturing both product and behind-the-scenes footage
- Set up scenes, lighting, and aesthetic shots
- Assist in planning shoots and coordinating logistics
- Pick up and return gear, props, and rentals as needed
- Edit footage into polished final videos (if editing is your skill set)
- Suggest creative ideas for shots, stories, and visual style
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in videography and/or editing (personal or professional work welcome)
- Comfortable with camera, lighting, and audio gear
- Familiar with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (if editing)
- Proactive and willing to take initiative, but open to guidance
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Part-time to start, with more hours available if you can do both filming and editing. Potential for a pay increases to $30/hr after 3 months.
