We are expanding our team and seeking a compassionate, confident, and high-performing Sales Closer to speak with qualified leads and guide them into the next step of their growth journey through our premium coaching programs.
Position Overview
As a Sales Closer, you will speak with pre-qualified leads who have attended our workshops or expressed interest in our programs. Your role is to connect on a deeper level, uncover their needs, and help them make an empowered decision to enroll in our signature coaching offer. This is a remote position with flexible hours and the opportunity to create both income and impact through values-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled discovery or enrollment calls via Zoom with qualified leads
- Build trust and connection through values-aligned conversations
- Clearly present our coaching program, answer questions, and handle objections with confidence and empathy
- Guide interested prospects through next steps including enrollment and payment
- Track calls, conversion metrics, and follow-ups in shared spreadsheets
- Collaborate with our appointment generator and coaching team to maintain alignment and a smooth client journey
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in consultative or high-value sales, preferably $2,000+ offers
- Confident and professional communication on Zoom/video calls
- Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up practices
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, etc.
- Deep belief in the power of personal development and women’s empowerment
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or transformational spaces is an asset
Compensation
Compensation is based on individual performance.
You will be paid for each client who enrolls into our coaching program as a result of your support and guidance.
There is no cap on earning potential, and top performers have the opportunity to earn a competitive weekly income.
