POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Le Jazz Teasdale retirement home is currently looking for a full-time evening heavy maintenance attendant. 4:00 p.m. to midnight, every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of vacant apartments and resident apartments as needed
Construction
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
