What you’ll do:
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the. Hardware Supervisor exists to provide outstanding customer service, train new employees and provide guidance with the hardware team. The Hardware Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high retail standards by leading and supporting the hardware team. The role emphasizes teamwork while providing leadership in daily operations. Other duties will include but are not limited to inventory control, merchandising and health and safety.

- Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or G.E.D.
- Must have previous experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
