Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing hair care services to a diverse clientele.
Duties:
- Cut and trim hair according to client preferences
- Provide shampooing services
- Perform beard and mustache trims
- Administer various hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and scalp conditioning massages
- Analyze hair and scalp conditions, offering basic treatments or beauty care advice
- Apply coloring treatments like bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses
- Utilize styling techniques including blow drying, waxing, and hairspraying
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Skills:
- Front desk experience is a plus
- Proficient in hair styling techniques such as Fade, Low Taper, Classic Haircut and Beard
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Upselling skills for retail sales opportunities
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and determine their preferences through effective questioning
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on clients' face shapes and preferences
- Demonstrate high-quality technical skills in various cutting techniques
- Build relationships with repeat customers by remembering their style preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and sanitize tools regularly
- Seize retail sales opportunities by educating clients on products
- Collaborate with team members for a seamless salon experience
