Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their dining experience.
Assist with seating, menu guidance, and taking orders.
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and care.
Support smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff.
Uphold resort policies and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts (preferred, not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
