What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome – you’re the first smile they see!
- Provide information, answer questions, and offer guidance to ensure a smooth and exciting experience for all.
- Assist with ticketing, check-ins, and daily guest operations.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment.
- Be a problem-solver – turn challenges into cheerful moments!
- Collaborate with team members to bring the Playscape magic to life every single day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for people and creating joyful experiences.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexible availability – weekends and holidays may be part of the fun!
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right personality!
