Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Utilize phone systems and front desk software to manage reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Hilton Experience is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
