Boulder Mountain Resort is a premier destination to take in the outdoor adventure paradise of Revelstoke, British Columbia. Located just 3.5km west of Revelstoke, this is a true four-season destination, with everything you need to get your adrenaline pumping or to settle in to slow moving mountain life.
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, organized and have a great attention to detail. A background with computer and customer service skills are essential. Hotel Front Desk experience is preferred, however thorough training is provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Answering emails
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Handling money, and processing credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in some food and beverage tasks, such as serving coffee, snacks, and ice cream
Skills:
- Excellent customer relations.
- Must have time-management skills.
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
