what you will do:
- enthusiastically host each guest who enters our space; we offer high-touch service from the moment they walk in. you’ll proactively make sure each and every guest who enters the space feels well taken-care of through the duration of their visit.
- be the booking genius; you’ll have a keen familiarity with each of our services, how much time they take, what order then can be done in and who can perform them. you’ll use this knowledge to optimize our bookings, refining the schedule to be as efficient as possible.
- meticulously oversee the appearance of our physical space; because you love the details you appreciate a clean and organized space because you know that it contributes to an exceptional experience for both guests and staff.
- ensure the final touchpoint with guests is a success; in addition to being the first point of contact for our guests you will also be the last. when the guest experience hasn’t been so smooth, you will take corrective action and work to recover situations in the moment so that by the end of their appointment, they do leave feeling like they’ve had a 10/10 experience.
who you are:
- a brilliant multitasker; you’re someone who is used to working in an environment with a million things happening at once, and you love to hustle and get stuff done.
- the person with the biggest smile who makes everyone feel welcome; you are warm, friendly and approachable. you’ve been told your whole life that you put people at ease and they seem to always open up to you. you love spending all your time interacting with people from all different backgrounds and different types of personalities. you can make anyone feel comfortable and at home.
- a clear communicator; it’s easy for you to identify and attune yourself to what’s up for people in the moment. you instinctively know how to adjust your communication style to best deal with people, meeting them where they are at.
- you are in it together; flexibility with scheduling is important for us - evenings / weekends are a must! (you will also be the most booked during these time slots!)
