Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Group Fitness Instructor who embodies the Kohr Method ethos. You’ll lead high-energy, transformative classes that challenge and inspire. You’ll be more than a coach—you’ll be a catalyst for change.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes using Kohr Method principles
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all fitness levels
- Motivate clients to push past physical and mental barriers
- Provide modifications and progressions to ensure accessibility and challenge
- Build authentic relationships with members and contribute to a strong community culture
- Collaborate with the Kohr Method team to uphold brand standards and innovate class experiences to attract lifelong members
- Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of group fitness instruction experience
- Certified in one or more modalities (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for holistic fitness and personal development
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
