Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for outdoor work and possess skills in general labor tasks. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to clean up areas during and after the tree crew has completed all pruning and removals, ensuring each job site is left in a manor that is aesthetically pleasing to the client.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks including chipping, raking, hauling brush to chipper.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete various projects such as blowers and wood chippers.
- Collaborate with team members to execute all duties efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and performing manual labor tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Have their own transportation to and from work.
- Punctual for all shifts and perform tasks with a strong sense of urgency.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
