Job Description:
As a Graphic & Web Designer Associate, you will collaborate with our marketing teams to develop visually appealing designs for a variety of projects, including product labels, digital content, branding, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop good-quality visual designs for digital and print materials, including product labels, social media graphics, advertisements, and more.
- Branding Support: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the sales teams to create designs that support company initiatives and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- Content Management: Assist in creating and updating design content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Design Revisions: Handle feedback from team members and clients, making necessary revisions to designs to meet expectations and project requirements.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, promotions, and new design projects.
- File Preparation: Prepare and finalize design files for production, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and adherence to print and digital specifications.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and consistency before finalizing or sending to production.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with web design and digital content creation (e.g., banner ads, social media visuals, email templates).
- Knowledge of responsive design and creating assets for various screen sizes.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
