We’re a fast-growing equipment distribution company committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service across Canada and the U.S. We’re looking for a professional, English-fluent Google Ads, Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing and sales operations.
Job Summary:
As a Google Ads, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, assisting customers over the phone and in person, sending marketing emails, and supporting the overall sales cycle. This is a client-facing role that requires native or near-native English fluency, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions
- Send templated marketing emails to customers offering accessories and additional services to their order.
- Process customer orders over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide in-person customer sales support (commission eligible)
- Update and maintain our order fulfillment systems
- Perform basic profit margin and cost analysis on sales and marketing initiatives
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries across email, phone, and in person
- Complete freight and shipping documentation for outbound orders
- Assist with Shopify product listings, inventory updates, and reporting (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential
- Experience with Google Ads (certifications are required)
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
