Forest Golf Club & Inn requires an energetic, mature, motivated and career-minded new Golf Shop Attendant to provide our customers with a high level of customer service. Responsibilities will include the processing of cash, credit or debit card transactions. Other responsibilities will include minor clerical work, housekeeping as well as food and beverage duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' questions.
- Establish or identify prices of goods and services.
- Greet customers entering the establishment.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop area inside and outside.
- Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.
- Perform minor maintenance work, and clean-up duties.
- Assist with set up and execution of tournament functions.
- Serve food and beverage items.
Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Basic understand of golf operations

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
