Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a productive work environment.
Through this position you will be part of the construction of a new golf course putting green at the KenWo Golf Club.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to follow directions and report any issues promptly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
