Job Description:
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Controller. We are looking for a smart, driven individual with an exceptional attention to detail to assist with the processing of accounts payable, corporate credit card management, and in-office coordination.
What you will do:
- AP, focusing on proper approvals and documentation prior to payment.
- Invoices are coded appropriately and align with budget prior to syncing to accounting systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices.
- Record monthly journal entries for corporate credit cards.
- Prepare, review and analyze select journal entries and AP accruals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties as needed to support accounting team.
- Provide office coordination support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
- Self-starter and strong work ethic.
- Accounts Payable/ general accounting knowledge.
- Experience with Accounting Software Preferred (Bill.com, Expensify, NetSuite)
